You can also make payments at the Manatee County Tax Collector's Office, 819 301 Boulevard West, Bradenton, FL 34205, during lobby hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Amscot and Walmart also accept payments with a convenience fee, with payment processing times varying based on the time of day. For Amscot and Walmart locations near you, visit their respective websites.
Billing and Accounts
All online account access under the previous CWA system with your old account number was retired effective 2/14/2024.
Manatee County Utilities Customer Service may be able to assist you with a possible payment arrangement. You can request a payment plan through your online account at Utilities Customer Self-Service Portal.

If your bin is damaged, you can get it repaired or replaced by submitting a service request on your Customer Self Service portal.

If your regular garbage, recycling, or yard waste pickup day falls on a holiday, your collection will be delayed by one day for the remainder of that week. Regular service resumes the following Monday.
Holidays That May Affect Service in 2025:
New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Monday, January 20
Presidents’ Day – Monday, February 17
Memorial Day – Monday, May 26
Independence Day – Friday, July 4
Labor Day – Monday, September 1
Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 27
Christmas Day – Thursday, December 25
Example: If your pickup is normally on Thursday and that day is a holiday, your items will be collected on Friday instead. Friday collections move to Saturday. On Monday, the normal schedule resumes.
While we cannot provide a specific timeframe for when all of the additional requested bins will be delivered, the franchised haulers are working diligently to get them delivered to your address as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can use your old garbage can for any additional bagged trash as needed until you receive your new, additional bin(s).
Payments made on the automated phone service and county website are done with a batch process and not drawn from the account immediately. Although you may have received a confirmation number, reasons your payment may not go through include:
- Your bank rejected the payment
- Input error
- Returned Item
- Other unexpected issues
