Information and FAQ's
We do not currently offer rentals or reservations for private parties such as birthdays, reunions, etc.
Please be aware that entrance is first come, first served for all pools. If you choose to host a birthday party or other event at the facility during normal operating hours, we will be unable to make exceptions for members of your group who arrive after we have reached capacity or reserve tables. Regular facility rules will apply to all groups, so all adults should come prepared to get in the pool with children under the age of 13.
To rent an Aquatic Facility for instructional or athletic usage, please email [email protected] for more information. We ask that you include which facility you are interested in renting, the purpose of the rental, requested times, and how many participants you anticipate.
Pavilions and picnic tables may be reserved at each of our Splash Pads for a fee. For information please visit our Park Amenities page.
Please note that renting a picnic table and / or pavilion does not guarantee that the Splash Pad will be operating, we recommend checking Splash Pad hours before making a reservation. Renting a picnic table and / or pavilion does not grant private access to the Splash Pad, only the area reserved.
Picnic tables inside of the G.T. Bray, Lincoln, or John H. Marble Aquatic Facilities are first come first served and unable to be reserved in advance.
- Gates open at the start of each swim session and entrance will be allowed until capacity is reached.
- When multiple swim sessions are posted, the whole facility will close between sessions. This will include the locker rooms and picnic areas.
- Opening of each part of the facility (Splash Pad, Kiddie Pool, and Lap Pool) is up to the discretion of staff on duty, and may close at any time for safety. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and strive to keep safety a priority.
- Swimwear is required for all guests. Please see the "Frequently Asked Questions" tab below for details of approved swimwear. Guests wearing prohibited swimwear will be turned away at the gate.
- Lane sharing will be implemented when lanes are full.
- Locker rooms close at the same time as the pool.
- All children under the age of 13 must take a swim test with a Lifeguard before entering the pool. During the swim test, Lifeguards will ask children to swim one length of the pool wall, demonstrate they can put their face in the water, and float on their back. If they do not pass the test, the child will be given a life jacket.
- An adult 18 years of age or older must be within arms reach of any child wearing a life jacket the entire time they are in the facility. The adult is required to be in the water with the child in either the lap pool or play structure. Failure to comply will result in an automatic removal from the pool area with no refund issued.
- It is recommended that patrons bring their own life jackets if able to do so. All life jackets must be U.S. Coast Guard approved.
