The pilot expands curbside bulk collection to include up to two bulk items once per month on a scheduled, zone-based collection day, for a total of 12 pickups per year, with no rate change. Residents will also be eligible for one annual bulk pickup of up to 10 cubic yards. Certain items, including tires, appliances, and the annual bulk pickup, must be scheduled in advance through the Customer Self-Service Portal at mymanatee.org/css. Additional program details will be posted to the Bulk Collection Pilot Program page as they become available.
