- Have you dye-tested your toilets? (Yes/No)
- Are you a seasonal resident? (Yes/No)
- If yes, were you present during the period of the high bill? (Yes/No)
- Do you irrigate your lawn? (Yes/No)
- If yes, have you checked your irrigation system for issues (e.g., broken heads, pipes, or malfunctioning timers/sensors)? (Yes/No)
