Across the country, there have been increasing reports of checks being stolen from the mail. While mailing a check has long been a familiar option, using secure digital payment methods can help reduce the risk of interception and add an extra layer of protection for your account.

To help customers stay informed and protected, Manatee County Utilities encourages the use of official payment options available through our Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal and other trusted channels.

For customers who prefer to pay with cash, payment locations are available for your convenience. Simply enter your ZIP code when logged into your CSS portal to find a nearby authorized cash payment location.

We’re continuing to expand convenient, secure payment options for our customers. A self-service payment kiosk will be available soon, providing another easy way to manage your utility bill. More details will be shared as they become available.
