Your monthly water and sewer charges consist of two parts:
- Base Charge – A fixed charge determined by meter size or the number of units.
- Quantity Charge – Based on the amount of water used.
Current Water and Sewer Base Charge Rates
The Base Charge covers fixed costs such as meter reading, billing, customer service, and operations at treatment plants.

- Over 20,000 gallons: $12.80
Master-Metered Dwellings
- Single Family: Same as individual residential meters.
- Condos/Apartments:
- First 4,500 gallons: $2.83
- Next 6,500 gallons: $3.54
- Over 11,000 gallons: $8.52
- Mobile Home/Travel Trailer Parks:
- First 3,600 gallons: $2.83
- Next 5,400 gallons: $3.54
- Over 9,000 gallons: $8.52
Non-Residential
- Commercial/Industrial: $2.83
- Large User: $2.35
Irrigation
- 1" and Smaller:
- First 5,000 gallons: $2.83
- Next 15,000 gallons: $8.52
- Over 20,000 gallons: $12.80
- 1 1/2" and Larger:

Wastewater (Sewer) Quantity Charge
Based on 100% of water usage. For residential customers with individual meters, the charge is capped at 10,000 gallons per month.

Retail customers are billed at 100% of water consumption.
Current Reclaimed Water Rates
Agricultural facilities including nurseries: 13 cents
Large recreational facilities and golf courses: 25 cents
Governmental facilities including schools: 45 cents
Large commercial, industrial and utility facilities (greater than 500,000 gallons/day): 45 cents
Residential and commercial common areas: 45 cents
Master metered residential and commercial: 45 cents
Individual metered residential, commercial and industrial: $1.11
