If you need to speak with a representative, Utilities Customer Service is available by phone Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that wait times may be longer than usual due to high call volume. You can contact Utilities Customer Service at (941) 792-8811.

After normal business hours, report emergencies by calling Utilities Customer Service and selecting option 1.
