The Pre-Trial Intervention Program is for first time offenders only.
This is a 3 month Program, in which participants are required to pay $55.00 per month Cost of Supervision fees, Investigative Costs, State Attorney Costs, and complete 25 hours of community service at an approved site.
Drug offense participants will be required to complete a drug & alcohol evaluation and recommended treatment.
All participants will be subject to random drug & alcohol testing.
