Applications for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 are currently open. Applications close on May 1 2025, at 5 p.m. 

The Manatee County Health Care Plan is for residents having limited household income, are uninsured, and do not qualify for Medicaid. The Plan is not insurance but a program designed to help eligible residents get medical care.

The program provides families with a safe place to live while they receive case management, seek/obtain employment, receive referrals for community partners, have life skills classes such as budgeting and parenting, while learning to demonstrate they can create and live within their budget before securing sustainable housing.

Summer BreakSpot provides free meals: breakfast, lunch, and snacks, for Florida kids and teens 18 and under while school is out. No application is needed, just show up and enjoy!

Qualified Manatee County residents may be eligible to receive assistance to cover prescription costs.
