SEARCHING BY SPECIFIC RECORD NUMBER
Under the general search, type in your record number. Do not include spaces. Select search.
Once populated you will see general record information. Each tab of the record will display additional record information
Record Detail: This will display owner, parcel, and address information. You will also see application information.
Processing Status: This will display the current case status.
Inspections: This tab will show any scheduled and resulted inspection.
SEARCHING ALL RECORDS
You can do a general search by scrolling down and selecting search. This will populate all Code Enforcement cases between a specified date range.
SEARCHING BY ADDRESS
Search records by address at the Online Services Portal
The address search is case sensitive.
Enter your address in the fields
Click search
Records with associated address will appear
Tip: Make sure your date range captures the range of when your case was created.
