Special Event Medical Coverage Request Form

Manatee County EMS provides Professional Medical Coverage for a wide range of special events within Manatee County, including festivals, parades, holiday celebrations, and more.

SERVICE REQUESTS

Fill out the form to request EMS services at a special event. All requests should be at least 30 days prior to the event to allow time for staffing. 

SERVICE & PRICING

Apparatus

EMS ATV (2 personnel required): $150 flat rate per event day

Supervisor SUV (for supervisor position only, in addition to other requested apparatus): $50 flat rate per event day

Transport Unit/Ambulance (2 personnel required): $200 flat rate per event day

Bike Unit (2 personnel required): $150 flat rate per event day

Bus (2 personnel required): $240 flat rate per event day

Personnel 

EMT (Basic Life Support): $55

Paramedic (Advanced Life Support): $65

Supervisor: $75
