We currently provide On-Site Interpreting Services for Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Polk, Hardee, Desoto, Orange, and Lake counties. We also offer Telephonic and Video-Conference Interpreting Services nationwide.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Florida
Established in 1983, DHHSF is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization devoted to serving the hard-of-hearing children and adults in Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties. A variety of support services and equipment are made available through our programs and distribution locations. DHHSF collaborates and partners with multiple agencies located in the surrounding areas to provide a holistic approach to an individual’s needs ensuring a better and healthy life, education, self-esteem, and vocational success.

Florida Coordinating Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, hereafter referred to as the “Coordinating Council” is mandated by Section 413.271 Florida Statutes to serve as an advisory and coordinating body which recommends policies that address the needs of Florida’s deaf, hard of hearing, late-deafened and deaf-blind (hereafter referred to collectively as “hearing loss”) community.
