The Agenda Team prepares and manages the agendas for Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Planning Commission, Historic Preservation Board and Hearing Officer meetings, including coordinating with department directors, elected officials, and other stakeholders to ensure items are accurately submitted and scheduled.

Members of the public can request to speak during the meeting using the link below. The request form displays upcoming meetings 24 hours before the meeting date and will close 10 minutes prior to the meeting start time.
Walk-in comments are welcome during the meeting for individuals who did not sign-up to speak prior to the meeting (signing in is optional, not required to speak).
Sign-up is also available at the kiosk located on the first floor of the downtown administration building.

All public comment on quasi-judicial agenda items must be under oath and must occur at a duly noticed public hearing. The Citizens' Comments portion of the agenda is not an advertised public hearing, and no comments on quasi-judicial agenda items are authorized during the Citizens' Comments portion of the agenda.
