For the month of November, the Manatee Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller honors those who serve and have served with free services. 

Veterans and active-duty military personnel are entitled to free copies, including certified copies, passport photos and notary services.

This offer does not apply to e-certify services. Must present a valid military ID or DD-214.
