Notice is hereby given that a local bill is being sought for the 2026 session of the Florida legislature for the passage of an act related Manatee County; a full repeal of laws of Florida Chapters 71-760, 79-504, 81-429, to allow the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners to create a citizen’s Library Advisory Board based on current population and geographic conditions.
