NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at 435 12th Street West, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Bradenton, Florida with respect to the proposed issuance by the Authority of its approximately $70,000,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (Luminara Place) (the "Bonds") in one or more series. The Bonds will be issued for the principal purposes of (i) financing the acquisition, construction, equipping and development of a 336-unit multifamily housing project known as "Luminara Place," (the "Project") owned by Luminara Place, LP, a Florida limited partnership (the "Company") or a related entity, and (ii) paying costs and expenses associated with the issuance of the Bonds.
The location of the project to be financed by the Bonds is 6991 Prospect Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243. The Bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues derived from the operation of the Project. Such Bonds and the interest thereon shall not constitute an indebtedness or pledge of the general credit or taxing power of the Authority, Manatee County, the State of Florida or any political subdivision or agency thereof. The aforementioned meeting shall be a public meeting and all persons who may be interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the same. Written comments may also be submitted to the Authority prior to the hearing by delivery to Angela A. Abbott, Attorney/Administrator, Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida, 435 12th Street West, Suite 117, Bradenton, Florida 34205.

The Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at 435 12th Street West, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Bradenton, Florida with respect to the proposed issuance by the Authority of its approximately $71,775,045 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (Lotus Vyne) (the "Bonds") in one or more series. The Bonds will be issued for the principal purposes of (i) financing the acquisition, construction, equipping and development of a 282-unit multifamily housing project known as "Lotus Vyne," (the "Project") owned by Lotus Advantage Vyne, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Company") or a related entity, and (ii) paying costs and expenses associated with the issuance of the Bonds.
The location of the project to be financed by the Bonds is 15005 SR 64 E, Bradenton, Florida 34212 and 15007 SR 64 E, Bradenton, Florida 34212. The Bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues derived from the operation of the Project. Such Bonds and the interest thereon shall not constitute an indebtedness or pledge of the general credit or taxing power of the Authority, Manatee County, the State of Florida or any political subdivision or agency thereof. The Bonds will be issued for the principal purposes of (i) financing a portion of the cost of the acquisition and construction of a 140-unit multifamily housing project known as "Desoto Apartments Project" (the "Project") owned by Desoto Apartments LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Company") or a related entity, and (ii) paying costs and expenses associated with the issuance of the Bonds.

All interested parties may appear and be heard at the meeting with respect to the proposed Ordinances. According to Florida Statutes, Section 286.0105, any person desiring to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
