NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 125.66 of Florida Statutes, that the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida, will conduct a public hearing in the Manatee County Government Administration Building, Honorable Patricia M. Glass Chambers, First Floor, on April 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or soon thereafter, to consider, act upon, enact or reject the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. R-26-046
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REGARDING PUBLIC FINANCE, TO CHANGE THE INFRASTRUCTURE SALES TAX PROJECT AND EQUIPMENT LIST TO REMOVE ONE (1) PROJECT IN THE PARKS AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES CATEGORY – ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVES AND BOAT RAMPS SUBCATEGORY PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the meeting with respect to the proposed Resolution and related Ordinance. Pursuant to Section 286.0105 of Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter to be considered at the meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, she or he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include any testimony or evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
The proposed Resolution and related Ordinance are available for public inspection at the offices of the Manatee County Financial Management Department, 9000 Town Center Pkwy, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, during regular business hours. A reasonable charge may be made for the provision of copies.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant Section 401.25, Fla. Stat. and Section 2-13-55 of the Manatee County Code of Ordinances, that the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on April 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as may be heard), located on the first floor of the Manatee County Administrative Center, 1112 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, to consider and act upon the following matter:
Tampa General Aeromed application for a Certificate of Public Convenience to provide Advanced Life Support Air Ambulance Service (rotor and fixed) in Manatee County
All interested parties are invited to appear at this hearing and be heard, subject to the proper rules of conduct. Additionally, any public comments submitted will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners and entered in the record. Link to: Public Comment
