Tai Chi

Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art in the 13th century. It is a gentle non-impact exercise. Besides improving your balance and lowering your risk of falls, it also enhances your body awareness, coordination, strength, and flexibility. This class is for beginners and no previous experience needed.
