This program is perfect for those who have mastered the basics-- such as threading a machine, sewing straight seams, and reading simple patterns--and are ready to tackle more advanced techniques.
In this hands-on session, you'll learn skills like inserting zippers, sewing buttonholes, following more complex patters, and finishing seams for a polished look. You'll work on a functional project--such as a zippered pouch, apron, or tote bag--that builds confidence and sharpens your craftsmanship.
Required Skills: Must have taken the Beginning Sewing class OR have basic sewing experience and be comfortable using a sewing machine.
Supplies required to bring to participate:
-3/4 yard of cotton (Main fabric Handle)
-1/2 yard of cotton (Internal Lining)
