Beginner Sewing Class: Sewing Machine 101
Join us for a hands-on introduction to sewing designed for complete beginners! Whether you've never threaded a needle or just need a refresher, this friendly, guided workshop will teach you the basics of sewing by hand and with a sewing machine. You'll learn essential skills such as how to sew a straight stitch, read a simple pattern, and complete a small project to take home.
In this class, we will be making a Pillowcase
Supplies required to bring to participate:
Fabric 100 % Cotton- 3 fabrics with coordinated patterns works best!
-3/4 yard Main Fabric
-1/4 yard Cuff Fabric
-1/8 yard Trim fabric
No prior experience is necessary. Open to teens and adults (ages 13 ). Space and equipment is limited, so registration is required.
