Advanced Mat Pilates Class

Pilates training is a system of knowledge and exercises for anyone interested in improving core strength, flexibility, mobility, muscle balance, physical endurance, posture, effective breathing, and body awareness.
This donation-based mat pilates class is designed for participants who have previous Pilates or other fitness training. Please check back in the next couple months for additional pilates class offerings.
It is recommended that individuals bring 1-2 mats (as we will be lying and sitting on the ground) and comfortable and loose clothing. Optional equipment: Yoga blocks (for comfort while sitting), yoga socks, and an exercise band.
