Families Flock Together: Spine-Chilling Skeletons
No bones about it, skeletons hold us together! Join us for an informative chat about the skeletal systems of Florida's wildlife. Explore bones (and models) of extant and extinct species, learn about the biology and make-up of animal bones, and discover skeletal adaptations that help animals survive in their natural environment. We will also take a lantern-lit walk through Emerson Point Preserve to see the trails after dark and look (and listen) for nocturnal animals. Program suitable for all ages.
