Rain Gardens 101
Rain Gardens are an important element of Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ principles and serve multiple functions. This class for homeowners will walk you through creating your own rain garden.
These gardens are designed to mitigate excess stormwater runoff from impervious surfaces. Specific plants are selected to allow water to infiltrate back into the soil while reducing pollutants from the runoff.
$5 Administrative fee. $8 day of class.
