JAYWATCH
For the tenth year ina row, Manatee County’s Parks and Natural Resources Department is partneringwith the Audubon Society’s JayWatch to conduct a public JayWatch event atDuette Preserve. The survey, conducted over a 3-day period, offers a snapshotof the scrub jay families living within the preserve. Volunteers who would liketo help track, sight, and record scrub jay sightings are welcome to attend.This is a great opportunity to become a citizen scientist.
