HOMESCHOOL SCIENCE CLUB: GOPHER TORTOISES
Join us as wecelebrate annual Gopher Tortoise Day with Homeschool Science Club! Learn abouthow these little guys make such a big difference in our ecosystems that theyconsidered a keystone species. Engage in hands on activities as we discover thesecret underground worlds gopher tortoises create, why this is so important,and what we can do to ensure that gopher tortoises are protected in our area.You may even get a chance to meet the newest member of our education team! Programrecommended for 6-10 year olds, but children of all ages are welcome. Reservationsare required.
