The Ornamental and Turfgrass Pesticide License is available either as a Public certification for those applicators that apply herbicides (Restricted Use Pesticides) to agricultural areas, industrial areas, and any outdoor areas such as golf courses, athletic fields, parks and cemeteries, and that work for federal, state, county, or municipal public agencies, or as a Commercial certification for contractors to apply pesticides in those same areas.
