Chasing the Waves: King Tide Photo Exhibit Opening

Join us for a special evening celebrating the newest exhibit to open at Robinson Preserve’s Valentine House. This exhibit is designed to help raise awareness about the effects of sea level rise on our shorelines, structures, and communities. Images including winning submissions to the King Tide Photo Contest held last year by SBEP and TBEP. The exhibit also includes photos from the U.S., Australia, and small Pacific Island nations, showing the global impact of rising seas. Join us for light refreshments and viewing of the King Tide photo exhibit and learn how Manatee County is preparing the preserves for potential sea level rise impacts. Exhibit sponsored by the Tampa Bay and Sarasota Bay Estuary Programs. Suitable for all ages.
Reservations are requested - please let us know if you would like to attend by calling 941-748-4501 ext. 6042.
