The fourth in a special series of classes, this course will help volunteers learn more about Manatee County’s preserve system. Classes include an overview of the location’s history, habitat, wildlife, and plants as well as hands-on activities designed to highlight unique location features. Each participant will receive notes, a certificate of completion, and an ambassador button for completing the individual location class; participants who attend all 7 classes will receive a special pin and the designation of “Grand Ambassador.” Program suitable for NRD registered volunteers age 16 and older.
