Jay Watch Volunteer Training

Want to take part in our annual citizen science event counting Scrub-jays at Duette Preserve? Come on out to Jay Watch training in May! Participants will enter the field to learn all about the cooperative family group structure of Florida Scrub-jays, how to identify them, and how to survey the birds. Then join us for the surveys this summer! Suitable for participants age 13 and older.
