Families Flock Together: Bugs - It's What's For Dinner!
This family oriented program explores the history and culture of entomophagy, or bug eating, and will attempt to untangle the taboo about eating these yummy and nutritious creatures. Participants will learn about different bug-eating cultures and the common insects used in cooking. The more courageous participants will have the opportunity to try some delectable insect delicacies. Program suitable for all ages, brave and squeamish alike! Reservations are required.
