The Manatee County Development Services lobbies, located at the Downtown Administration Building, will be closed starting November 14 and will reopen on November 18 at their new location: 9000 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202.

Services will remain available through the Accela Online Services Portal. Inspections will not be impacted during this transition.
