Rooftop Tai Chi
Tai Chi (Taiji or Taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese exercise, practice by millions of people worldwide, that combines slow relaxed non-impact movements with a calm alert mental state. Tai Chi has calming effects on the mind and body promoting good health and well being. Taught by a LWR resident who has studied Tai Chi, Martial Arts, and Yoga for over 35 years.
