Hike with a Librarian: Felts Audubon Preserve
Join us for a chat about the book The Backyard Bird Chronicles by Amy Tan followed by a one-mile guided walk with an Audubon representative through Felts Audubon Preserve! The preserve consists of 28 acres of land and a mixture of habitats nestled in the heart of Palmetto!
Participants will meet at Felts Audubon Preserve: 4600 24th Ave. E, Palmetto, FL 34221. To access the preserve, park along the road shoulder of 24th Avenue E (also known as Oakhurst Road) and enter through the pedestrian entrance.
Binoculars and close-toed walking shoes recommended!
