Hurricane Disaster Relief Clinic
Hope Pathways of Manatee County is sponsoring a Disaster Relief Clinic providing Case Management, Legal Guidance, Federal Appeal Guidance, Spiritual and Wellness Support as well as advice to prepare for the coming Hurricane season.
To expediate appeals and requests, please bring: 1) FEMA determination letters; 2) Insurance documentation; and 3) Receipts of any repairs made or items replaced.
