Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art in the 13th century. It is a gentle non-impact exercise. Besides to improve your balance and lower your risk of falls, it also enhances your body awareness, coordination, strength, and flexibility. This class is for beginners and no previous experience needed. This class is closed to new attendees.
