Hike with a Librarian
Join us for a relaxing walk through Emerson Point Preserve for a morning of nature and literature. We will discuss a nature-themed nonfiction book with a Manatee County Librarian while enjoying Florida's scenery. After our book discussion, a Manatee County Natural Resources guide will talk about the local fauna and flora as we walk around the preserve at a leisurely pace. This month, we will be discussing Birds and Us : A 12,000-Year History from Cave Art to Conservation by: Tim Birkhead. Program suitable for adults.
