Homeschool Science Club: Walking in the Past
Come walk in history's footsteps as we explore the Indigenous cultures and pioneers that inhabited Manatee County's preserves. Learn all about the skills practiced by Florida's early inhabitants. Measure the distance you can throw a spear with an atlatl, explore ancient fishing gear, and practice your fire-building skills. Program recommended for students ages 7-13 Guardians are responsible for identifying the learning maturity of their child. Please note the location of this session.
