Building sandcastles on the beach, leaving them for the tide and wind to erode back to the sea, is a classic, beloved childhood activity. Instead of a beach let your kids come out to Rye Preserve’s woods to experience ephemeral or temporary art. Using found objects on our walk to the site each child will be free to create with nature and given time to explore. Program suitable for all ages.
