Vitamin N: Mindfulness in Nature Walk
Get outdoors for a relaxing and de-stressing walk through Robinson Preserve’s beautiful mangrove tunnels. Practice your ability to be mindful of the present moment as you walk through the secluded coastal trail. Participants will learn about basic mindfulness techniques and also participate in gentle Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, simply relaxing in the beauty of nature. Scientifically proven benefits of spending time in nature include reduced stress and blood pressure, improved mood, increased energy level, and increased ability to focus. Come out and join our walk to learn how to incorporate these practices in your daily life. Suitable for ages 16 and older. Reservations are required.
