Join us to experience wild Florida at its finest in celebration of the World Rowing Championship! Visit the Nature Center to learn more about Rye's uplands habitat and history while department staff lead you through special hands-on activities related to each exhibit. Spend an hour with one of our naturalists on a guided nature hike and immerse yourself in the diverse ecosystems of Rye Preserve. Hikes will start at 10 AM and at 12 PM and each will end with a water exploration to search for native macroinvertebrates in the creek. Be sure to wear shoes that can get wet! Suitable for all ages.
