Put your artist skills to the test in this fun nature program focusing on beautiful flowering plants. We will be learning the importance of nature journaling and how it is used by scientists. Learn the difference between a stamen and a pistil and all of the different parts of a flower. Also learn common flowering plant family groups and how to identify them. We will be spending a lot of time sketching so if you have your own field notebook please bring it along. Let’s get out in nature and start recording what we see!
