Submit Public Comment

The Board of County Commissioners meetings typically begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Manatee County Administration Building at 1112 Manatee Avenue West in downtown Bradenton.  Please refer to the agenda or monthly calendar to confirm meeting times and locations.

The meetings can be viewed live on www.mymanatee.org/mga and on Manatee Government Access (MGA) Spectrum Channel 644, Verizon Channel 30, and Comcast Channel 20.

To enter your comments into the public record for an upcoming meeting, you may do so in the following ways:

  • You may deliver your comments in person to Commissioners in the Honorable Patricia M. Glass Chambers at the Manatee County Administration Building, 1112 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton,
  • You may fill out the public comment form below in advance of the meeting. Be sure to include your name and submit your remarks by the meeting deadline. County Commissioners may not receive your comments before the meeting if the form is submitted after the deadline, and/or,
  • You can request to speak 24 hours before the meeting date (9:00 a.m. the day before). To sign in to speak prior to the meeting go to Public Speaker Sign-Up Form.

Deadline for Public Comment

  • Online written comments for the January 5, 2023 Work Session must be submitted by Thursday, January 4, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Online written comments for the January 10, 2023 Regular Meeting must be submitted by Friday, January 6, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Online written comments for the January 12, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting must be submitted by Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Online written comments for the January 17, 2023 Work Session/Special Meeting must be submitted by Monday, January 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Online written comments for the January 19, 2023 Land Use Meeting must be submitted by Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Online written comments for the January 31, 2023 Regular Meeting must be submitted by Friday, January 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Online written comments for the February 2, 2023 Land Use Meeting must be submitted by Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 2:00 p,m.
