MANATEE COUNTY, FL (Dec. 5, 2025) – Manatee County is accepting applications for two seats on the Children’s Services Advisory Board (CSAB), which makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners about priorities and expenditures of the County’s dedicated millage for children’s services:
- 1 Child Advocate
- 1 Physician
The vacant positions must be filled by Manatee County residents.
The CSAB Schedule is as follows:
- Regular CSAB meetings (monthly): June – January, 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
(next meeting scheduled for January 21, 2026) - Annual Retreat: First or second Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Application Review and Recommendation meetings (weekly): February to May, 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
