USF S-M 2025 Remembrance of Sept. 11
Interim Regional Chancellor Dr. Brett Kemker and the Office of Veteran Success invites the public to join in a September 11th Remembrance event at 8:15 a.m. Sept. 11, 2026, at the University of South Florida, Sarasota-Manatee campus, 8350 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. The campus will display 2,977 flags to honor each of the lives lost. The event is free and open to the public.
At 8:15 a.m. there will be a Flag Raising and Taps at the Campus Entrance. At 8:30 a.m. the Remembrance Program will begin at the Campus Student Center Ballroom.
