LMS Quarterly TEAMS Meeting
Good Morning!!
We apologize greatly for not getting this invite out sooner – we’ve been talking about it for months and in communication with many of you about it, the formal invite fell through the cracks.
Because of this last-minute invite, we will pivot to a TEAMS Meeting to allow more participation !! Please DO NOT show up to the EOC.
The Meeting Agenda is attached, and the May Special Meeting Minutes.
We will still be having the Special Meeting on July 10th at 2:30pm, that will also be a Teams Meeting, to vote on projects to be submitted under Helene and Milton.
There will be much communication between now and then so the members can review the proposed lists.
I have secured a group HMGP Application Consultation for the County & it’s Jurisdictions/Partners on June 24th 11:00am – 12pm.
This is about the Application Process and can be tailored to specific projects, with submission to them beforehand.
If you would like to be included on this Consultation, please reach out to me by this end of day Thursday, June 13th.
PLEASE submit Project Worksheets & the Spreadsheets to me as they are developed!!!!
I have only received 1 new project since the last Special Meeting.
The deadline to submit projects for the Special Meeting is Thursday, July 3rd so all members have time to review projects proposed for first round of funding. That email will go out Monday, July 7th.
Attached are the supporting documents to submit projects.
Attached is also funding updates from the State for Tier-1 funds (minus the EF Allocations).. there have been some major cuts.
These numbers are still subject to change by July 1st.
Helene: $19,657,968.91
Milton: $39,851,019.01
We have been advised that we can over submit, so we are still hopeful most projects will get an LMS Support Letter!!!
