The Public Records Division oversees the management of all paper and electronic records created by the County, provides mail/courier services for the County and Constitutional Officers and provides in-house centralized scanning, copying and printing services for all County departments.

Different entities are able to provide different types of records upon request in accordance with the Public Records Act.

Fee schedule

As permitted by Chapter 119.07 of the Florida Statutes, copy charges are as follows:

Prints

  • $0.15 per page - One-Sided (Up to and including 11" x 17")
  • $0.20 per page - Double-Sided (Up to and including 11" x 17")
  • $2.00 per page - Size 18" x 24" 
  • $4.00 per page - Size 24" x 36" 

Compact Disk (CD)

  • $10.00 per CD*

  • $1.00 per page
