ADA Accessibility

Manatee County is dedicated to ensuring full compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We are continually reviewing and improving upon our facilities and processes to comply with the  ADA.

Compliance is mandated by the Department of Justice as a necessary component for new builds and updates to existing sites and structures. As such, Manatee County is undergoing the necessary processes to review and improve upon all facilities and sites so that access is available to all our citizens.
