Commissioner DiSabatino is originally from Wilmington, Delaware and moved to Manatee County part time in 2002 and permanently in 2004. She had been a licensed REALTOR in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1986 and Maryland in 1992 and has been licensed as a Broker-Associate with Michael Saunders and Company since 2004. Upon her election, Robin placed her license on Referral Status, as she is dedicated to working full-time as Commissioner of District 4.
Robin intends to incorporate her background in business and finance to help get our economy back on track. She wants to help create incentives for businesses to relocate here and expand our current local businesses. A diversified, year-round, vibrant economy is her goal and revitalization of our treasured neighborhoods is paramount in stabilizing our County.
Robin is married to Dr. Robert DiSabatino, a retired Periodontist, and they reside in The Cascades. They have a daughter, Meredith, who resides in Wilmington, Delaware.
