Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Sanitary sewer clean-out is a point feature class that represents the sewer service connections and clean-out devices in the County, both publicly and privately maintained. Clean-outs are a capped pipe which provides access to a sewer line, allowing people to clean out blockages in the system. However some of the points here may actually represents the presence of a service connection point. There may not be a clean-out device present, depending on the age of the infrastructure. This dataset is derived from a variety of sources some of which are: asbuilts/record drawings, GPS data, soft digs, field verifications, and half section records.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
