The data was gathered by the Manatee County Neighborhood Services Department and geocoded by the GIS Staff at the Palmetto Community Redevelopment Agency. This project was a coordinated effort to better understand the locations and temporalaspects of the Affordable Housing projects within Manatee County. The locations of affordable housing within Manatee County will be used in future affordable housing studies as well as for the Public’s general reference.
